This training focuses on the first stages in dealing with uncertainty. Using the reflection methodology that we call Snapshot, we take a detailed look at recognizing and exploring uncertainty.
Map your Process
This approach gives the participant insight into the personal learning history. And with various tools of Safe Uncertainty we discover which elements play a role in the experience of uncertainty and what helps to make it productive.
With the game Address! (in Dutch) you discover what makes you uncertain in a situation. You can use this to address this uncertainty. And engage with it as we do not dwell on Alarm bells, but look for meaningful Action!
